Cemetery Tour at the Worthington Meeting House

Building on the popularity of our first cemetery tour, a second event was held in 2019 on the grounds of the Worthington Meeting House. The program again featured the remarkably realistic faux gravestones created by member and artist Janice Jacobs, each based on actual stones from Berlin cemeteries.

Costumed interpreters introduced visitors to different former Berlin residents, sharing their lives and stories in an engaging, living-history format. The 2019 cemetery tour drew strong attendance and further established the event as a favorite way to experience local history.
